Franglapan Will be Accepting Citizens!
Franglapan currently has four citizens - one of which is the Mango Fudgsicle. At the moment, I, the Mango Fudgsicle, am not ready to commit to payed citizenship. If you would like to become a Franglapanese citizen or would otherwise like to support Franglapan and myself, please send me an email detailing thus. With enough support, Franglapan will emerge from it's shell and move into the first steps of world domination.
